Our hearts are incredibly heavy as we join our community in mourning the tragic loss of Amanda Metzger-Kist. While Amanda was not a member of the Heat House team, she was very much a part of our wider family—a beloved sister, friend, and gifted hairstylist whose light touched countless lives across Mandan, Bismarck, and far beyond. Her presence was a blessing to so many, and her absence is felt deeply in every corner of our towns.

Amanda was more than her profession; she was a source of joy, strength, and creativity. Her smile lit up rooms. Her laughter lingered long after she had left.
